YOGA 4 GOLF!
We were excited to introduce a new program at Collindale in 2018 that helped you “stretch” your drives down the fairway and lower your scores! Yoga 4 Golf!
Because of the cool weather, we do not have any more outdoor classes this year. We are considering moving indoors so follow our social media for more updates!
It was just $10 per person, per class.
The class was a smooth easy flow focused on breathing to get your body warmed up. We worked on the strength, balance and flexibility of the core muscles in the golf swing. We also ended with a guided relaxation to show you how your yoga practice could translate to lower scores!
