YOGA 4 GOLF!
We are excited to introduce a program at Collindale that is going to help “stretch” your drives down the fairway and lower your scores! Yoga 4 Golf!
We will meet on Thursday Evenings at 5:45pm starting on July 12th. We will have our practice in the chipping area near the chipping green.
It will be just $10 per person, per session.
The class will be a smooth easy flow focused on breathing to get your body warmed up. We will work on the strength, balance and flexibility of the core muscles in the golf swing. We will also end with a guided relaxation to show you how your yoga practice can translate to lower scores!
